Why did I create this Podcast?
Initially it was to share my own story of living with PTSD, anxiety and depression.. but it has turned into much more than that. Along with my website, right here, I wanted to create another platform and safe space for all of us to share our own stories of triumph.
I also wanted to help others know that they are not alone on this self healing journey. We are all here to help you through it
How did I come up with the title?
If you have been following my story, then you will know that I held on to the shadows of my past for decades. Through my self healing journey, I have decided that I could no longer live with those truths that I was hiding any longer. This wasn't just for me, but for all of us.
