Initially, I wanted to share my own story of living with PTSD, anxiety, and depression—but it has grown into something much bigger. Over the years, I’ve gained the experience and perspective to build a stronger, more impactful platform—one that allows us to use our voices, elevate one another, and bridge the gap between our stories and the world that needs to hear them.

A Wild Ride Called Life is no longer just about my journey. It’s about creating a safe space for all of us to share our struggles, our triumphs, and the lessons we’ve learned along the way. My mission is to remind you that you are not alone on this self-healing journey. Together, we can rise, heal, and make our voices heard.
