   This.. Is.. Me..

Several years ago,I felt lost and disconnected. It

was not until I started writing that I started to

find some peace.

It wasn't until I decided that I was no longer afraid or ashamed to admit that I live with a mental illness that I decided to be fully transparent and vulnerable.

I have decided to take my message a step further and share it with all of you. My mission is to help you know that "t is ok to not be ok "and that "your mess is your message."

You are not alone and I am here to help you live through your mental illness instead of suffer from it.
